What it is
Orthokeratology uses custom-designed rigid lenses worn only while you sleep. They gently and temporarily reshape the cornea to correct short-sightedness (myopia) and mild astigmatism. You remove them each morning and enjoy clear vision through the day — no glasses or daytime contacts. The effect is fully reversible, and Ortho-K is widely used in myopia-control programmes to help slow the progression of short-sightedness in children and teens.
